We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Yes, our 3D printers generally come with a 1-year limited warranty covering major components, while consumable parts like LCD screens and FEP films have specific shorter coverage periods.
