At ELEGOO, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and electronics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and detailed photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the product in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and tools that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated US warehouse address and share the tracking number with our support staff.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
